Xbox one internal hdd clone e200 error

So I had an xbox one quit around a year ago, and need to recover some of the files stored on the internal hard drive. I followed the video to backup and restore the data onto a hard drive from a different xbox one, which led to e100 errors. I then tried the offline update using OSU1 files from a flash drive, and about 80% through the update an e200 error popped up. I tried the factory reset which finally allowed the xbox to boot up but obviously wiped the hard drive, so I tried copying only the User Content and Temp Content partitions that i had backed up to the new drive, but still the files don't show up on my games. I'm out of ideas, I just need a way to transfer the data to my new xbox.

You should try putting in a new HDD or an SSD and download the Xbox OS back on it.
