My laptop Not turn on power and the adapter light turns off automatically when I plug in adapter to laptop.

Options

Try taking out the battery, press down and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Leaving the battery out plug in charger. Turn on.

Does that work? Yes then replace battery.
