Please who knows how to unlock my iphone device even after forgetting my pin and icloud login

As mentioned find the phone number for apple support. Once they verified it's your phone they will reset the icloud password so you an set a new one. As for the pass code you'll have to restore the device losing all your data.

Unfortunately there isnt really a way to do this as it’s a security feature
Your best bet is to go and start a chat with apple support as they can work some magic and try and get things working again as long as you can provide some contact information but there’s no guarantee they can sort it

If you have a iphone that is icloud locked Google 'Apple support contact number' and there should be a freephone number to call. They will ask security questions about your account and if you answer correctly they will reset your icloud account allowing you to set one up again so you will be able to use your phone.
