lidie ngassa you have to rule out software issues first. try what is being suggested by Lenovo Try performing a power drain first, remove all peripherals connected into it including its charger then press and hold the Power button for 10 to 15 seconds.

 Once done, turn it back on and test the touchscreen again.

Launch the Lenovo Vantage app and search for available driver updates.

Also, search if there's an available Windows OS update for your Yoga 530 laptop and download/install it as well.

If it is not a software/driver issue then it is entirely possible that this is a bad touchscreen. You can download the maintenance manual for your Yoga from here Page 53 and on will show you how to replace the display etc. While you work on it, inspect the connectors, the ribbon cable and the sensor board for any damage. You can lawsy post some pictures of what you find by editing your QUESTION and using this guide to add images.
