No sound and it says the headset is overheating

My oculus quest 2 has no sound and it keeps saying the headset is overheating when I’ve had it on only for a couple of minutes

Do you have a message that says: "The cooling fan on your device is not functioning properly. Your headset may overheat or experience abnormal behavior due to insufficient cooling"
