Xbox series x motherboard's

In the series x I was wondering if the 2 motherboards have to be together or can you replace one without replacing the other or do you have to replace both? I guess the term is are the 2 married together.

Options

The southbride chip on the Xbox One can be replaced with no consequences and the Series X uses the exact same southbridge chip, so maybe? Not confirmed, maybe the ethernet PHY chip is also paired?

If not paired, it should be replaceable.
