iPhone 12 back camera portrait not working

My iPhone 12 Back Portrait camera cant zooming & while take the photo it was saving as normal image

But background blur is fine

No zoom & while editing portrait filters not working

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi

Have you tried reinstalling your OS

if you are willing to try that and it doesn’t work I would contact apple support as it might be a software issue that can be fixed and patched

If it still doesn’t work after trying the above I would replace your camera if it’s no longer on warranty

If it’s still In warranty apple will hopefully fix ot for you

Yes ! I re installed iOS on my iPhone

Human portrait with out zoom taking portraits. Object portrait is not functioning at all. I did not changed any display or nothing it’s out of warranty device

I would try and contact apple support and if that doesn’t work replace the camera
