It appears that back panel replacement parts are available; I found a couple of sources easily enough.

I didn't run across any written repair guides for the LG Wing, presumably because it's so new, but there was one YouTube video for replacing the battery that shows how to remove the back.

There is one problem with your question that states, "Can you fix that?" This site is dedicated to helping people fix their own devices rather than sending it out for someone else to do. So if you're sticking by your question of "Can you fix that?", then the answer is no, this site does not do repairs. If you are willing to restate your question as, "Can you help me fix that?" then heck yeah, we're all over that.
If you just follow the video for the first 1:00 minute, you shouldn't have any trouble getting the rear cover off. There are no screws or catches or latches, apparently; the only thing securing it is lots of adhesive. So once you get it off, you just have to replace the adhesive and stick the replacement on and you should be good to go. It may be one of the most straight-forward repairs I've seen in a while.
