iPhone 6 random restart after new battery

I installed a new battery on my iPhone 6 and restored it via iTunes and now It randomly restarts after 30/40 seconds and it doesn't load the battery health. Also when it turns back on it has 1% of charge then after 10 seconds or so it shows the correct percentage. Just before restarting it shows a black screen then after a moment it shows the apple logo and boots back up. It does not say anything about my battery.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

How was it behaving before the battery replacement? Why did you restore it? These questions will enable us to diagnose the problem.

It was water damaged previously and the store had put a faulty battery leading to the phone to randomly restart (but it did tell me that the battery was faulty) it would not charge above one percent and soon it was unable to boot. After a few months I installed a new battery from amazon (because ifixit does not supply to India and it had 5 star reviews ) and currently this is happening

'Had to jam it in' tells me the battery is the wrong one. You shouldn't have to jam anything into a phone. Plus it's water damaged so that could also be your problem. Double check to see you definitely have the correct battery.

I do have the correct battery for the iPhone 6 but it was a little tight to fit in so I had to bend the connector a little bit to fit it in

by

That’s your problem. You bent the connector. Still doesn’t sound like the correct battery to be honest

Actually I had a little bit of trouble installing the battery because it would not fit in properly so I kinda had jam it in

by

Also every time it turns on it says "Enter iPhone passcode after restart" or something similar

I tried to connect the battery firmly but the same issue occurs
