Is the player still being detected when connected to a computer using the supplied data/charging cable?
If so it may be that the battery has failed and needs to be replaced.
Here's a video that shows what to do.
Replacement batteries are available online. Search for LIS1623HNPC to find suppliers that suit you best.

Not charging is can be caused by 1 of a few things
- Faulty charge cable
- Debris in the charging port prevents a clear connection
- Faulty port (possible bent pins)
- The battery has depleted over time
