After reasembly of my iPhone 3G, the silver frame around the phone is not stayin together as it should. The worst area is the top right corner by the powerbutton.
What did i do wrong?

Patrick, there are a few screws securing the silver bezel to the back case. There are two at the power button, a couple around the headphone jack and volume switches and then two at the bottom of the case at the dock connector. Ensure that all these screws are present and are secured.
