Are the batteries of a MacBook Pro and MacBook Air interchangable?

Could I swap in a Macbook Air SSD into my MBP?

This suggests I can, but I'm not sure if that's just an aggregate link.

Hi

As far as I know this can be done in certain cases but you have to be careful

If you are swapping a ssd that has been confirmed to work

If the ifixit listing says you can,it should work as ifixit is quite good at part compatibility

If you are ordering outside of ifixit I would ask the seller

Hopefully this helps

Any questions please ask

Thanks:-)

You are asking two questions here:

1 - Are the batteries interchangeable - The answer is no they are not

2 - Can you swap the SSD between the systems - Might - Might not!

The series between the systems has a bearing here Apple altered the drive types a few times as such you can't use the older drive in the newer systems or the other way. In addition the very newest retina models don't offer removable storage.
