Car will not start, even though battery is good.

I have a Nissan Maxima 2010, parked for a few weeks and didn't move.
Not it won't start even with a jumpstart and a new batter

Doesn't even let the windows go up after connecting new battery

Mel E do the headlights turn on? When you go ahead and try to start, what happens? Turn the headlights on and then turn the key. do the headlights dim? What engine does your Nissan have? What have you checked besides a new battery?
