Cannot Turn Off/Frozen!
My speaker just froze and i turn on or off i also tries reseting by holding the power button but nothing happend!!
pls give me a solution

How long did you hold the power button operated for?
To reset the speaker requires that the Power button be held for at least 8 seconds.
Also please clarify whether you can turn it off or on as you said "cannot turn off..." and then said "...i turn on or off..."?
If it is permanently on then you may have to let the battery completely run out and then check if this resets it and that you can then recharge it first before trying to turn it on as otherwise opening the speaker to find out what's wrong may negate the IPX7 waterproof rating of the speaker.
