Touchscreen unresponsive + ghost touches

Apparently my iPhone has developed this problem where it wont detect my fingers, i tried cleaning the screen and factory resetting it and that wont even do the trick. I even had the screen replaced.

There are rather 3 temporary fixes I improvised at the moment.
1. Force rebooting my iPhone, but that'll last for like 30 seconds to a minute if I left the phone open, unattended, sometimes quick ghost touches will occur before making my entire screen unusable,

2. Mildly twisting the top and bottom of the phone (quiet risky), This causes my phone to have some sort of mild burst onto the screen, ghost touching goes haywire for a brief moment and I have 50/50 chance I get to use the screen for at least a few more hours.

3. Pure luck, sometimes the phone will feel like wanting me to use the screen, sometimes not. (I'm starting to get convinced that my phone has a mind of it's own.) Just like No. 2: I have a few hours to use the screen, at some instances, more.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Okay.....I do recall my phone hitting the ground face front, about a table height, but that was the last drop it ever took.

The problems started occurring in id say a day or two

I'm guessing that this phone was inadvertently dropped and/or immersed in water or other fluid possibly damaging fine connections creating your symptoms. If I'm wrong I'll delete this comment.
