Fitbit Lux screen is red
After camping this weekend, my Fitbit Lux battery died. When I recharged it after I got home, the screen turned bright red and has continued to stay that way. I reset the Fitbit and have changed the screen to see if that would do anything and it hasnt. what do I do? I tried to contact Fitbit customer support but they seemed to have ghosted me. My husband got it for me from Kohls, does that change anything? Has this happened to anyone else
