I don't really understand your question. Can you please add some more details about your problem, such as if something like a drop has happened and if there is no response at all when trying to turn it on or putting it in a charger?

Connect it to a charger then press and let go
Volume up
Volume down
Then press and hold power for about 30 seconds or until the apple logo appears.
See if that helps.
