Top Microphone Pixel 6 Replacement

I think I ruined my top microphone and would like to repair it. I can no longer be heard during video calls and loud speaker mode. What part should I buy?

It seems that several people are experiencing the same issue (including me!), see here, blowing into the top microphone fixed the issue for some people, it seems to work temporarily for me, maybe worth a try?
