iPad won’t turn on after repair

So I repaired the screen and the the battery on this iPad. It turned on just fine so I sealed it and used clamps on the screen over night. In the morning it wouldn’t turn on. When I plug it in it doesn’t pull any power either. I am so confused because it was working perfectly fine before I went to bed.

The battery might be low and might have been related to charging check it first.
