iPad Pro keep restarting, cannot restore

Hello guys, my customer's iPad Pro keep restarting randomly.but not more than 10 minutes. I tried to restore but when it's in recovery mode, it won'connect at all to computer or even charge. But after a couple of rebooting itself, it can charge again. Always like that. Tried to change the battery, still not working. Please help, thank you.

Options

If any ios device randomly shutdown it captures the log data. Check it first.
