Hello everyone! I bought a brick clock.

I bought a used watch after I gave the money to the seller, I came home and decided to reset all the settings from it to the factory ones. But when I linked them to the iPhone, a notification came out that the watch was blocked by the previous owner. I have no connection with him. Please tell me how to get around it and register them with your iCloud?
