Has anybody made an enclosure/adapter for the A1708 SSD drive?

Has anyone managed to find an enclosure/adapter for this SSD hard drive? And for a reasonable price too? I found one someone has made but it’s going for $400 which seems so steep considering I found a SATA to USB adapter at my local office supplies department store (Officeworks in Australia) for $50. My MacBook Pro has stopped working, can’t even get it into recovery mode. So I’m trying to see if I’m able to recover my data at least. Image of SSD card below

Have you lost all of your data? It would be best if you kept all of your data in Google Drive or Dropbox. In case, you lose all of your data then you can recover from there. Last month, I also lost all my data. I didn't have any recovery.
