A1708/EMC 3164 — Released June 2017, this entry-level MacBook Pro retains its traditional function keys (as opposed to the OLED Touch Bar).

Is it possible to replace the Audio Jack on this, or do you need to replace the whole Logic Board?

I believe you can Yes!

It’s on a separate daughterboard/cable and doesn’t require much effort to get it out:-)
