How do I fix my amp turning off with the engine auto start stop?

I have a 2016 f150, lc2i LOC , a Rockville 4 channel amp. The amp will cut out when auto start/stop starts the engine again, will come back on a moment later. I thought it was a remote turn on wire issue, but using an isolated 12v battery inside the truck wired to the remote turn on and it still turned off. The lights on the amp dim when the engine turns back on, so I’m assuming the immediate drop in voltage triggers the amp to turn off. If I add a fairly large capacitor, would that solve the problem? Or should I just get a different amp ? Any other ideas would be appreciated !

@ kyle ramsey, I would remove the "wired to the remote turn on" and just keep it connected to its designated battery. Pretty amazing that your F150 sucks the power out of that battery when it restarts :-) Yes, with a large enough capacitor this could probably be avoided.
