Where can I find this piece? Or who can make me one?

The scale it relates to is Milimeters. So The diameter of the thread would be around 1mm. Its a spring that holds the two blades together of my electric razor and it broke on one side.

There must be a manufactury plant on this world where there are tons of those just waiting to be assambled.

If not, where could it be custom made?.
