Turns on and off in two seconds

I have a 60 inch Samsung smart tv and when I plug it in it turns on an off with in seconds continuously how can I fix this

Can you take the back off the TV and upload pictures of the circuit boards? Adding images to an existing question

@leolove57 what is the exact model number for your Tv? what have you checked? did this just all of a sudden start or was there a precipitating event leading to that (power outage, lightning strike etc.)
