Hi this problem might be the lens
You say its spinning so im sure the disc works, but "no disc" will tell you that the disc might get corrupted(maybe) or dirty lens / scratched lens. Please do not attempt to cleaning if u cant teardown and cleaning the lens. (aslo the phone's keyboard is terrible so i might get some typos)

Hi,
What is the model number of the player?
Is the disc actually spinning? To check place the disc in a position on the tray etc so that you remember where the disc label is orientated and then insert the disc let it play and then eject the disc and check if the disc label has changed position.
Is there an error message appearing in the player's display window e.g. no disc etc
