Hi,

Create a battery report to check if the battery does need replacing. In the report, compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge Capacity value. For a good battery they are nearly the same value or you can determine what percentage of the Design Capacity the Full Charge Capacity reaches e.g. 50% or 80 % etc to know how urgent it is to replace it.

Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.

Go to p.35 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the battery

Go to p.42 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the speakers.

There are 2 compatible batteries for the laptop, Lenovo part numbers 121500252 & 121500253. (check what is printed on your battery to verify).

If your laptop is type number 80K9 (check the product information label on the bottom of the laptop) the Lenovo part number for the speakers is 5SB0G91168 (supplier example only).

Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
