NTC error after FaceID Repair

Hello,

I had Face ID failure on my IPhone X phone. So I decided to fix it. I did all the steps in full and pass the module to a new flex. When doing the test with my I2C tester it passes all the tests (leds turn on...) but the NTC fails. I don't know if it's the fault of the new flex I bought or what. Attached photo of the tester and the module.

Thank you very much.

my too

Do you have any solution?

@vanthea - Sorry there is no solution other than letting Apple repair it as they can update the security credentials of the part.

Sorry FaceID and NFC security elements are part of the circuit so while you replaced the part and your tester is telling you the part is working physically, its not going to allow the replacement circuit to work as the security keys are not correct (as they are new). Only Apple has the tool to reprogram the phone for the new key.

Im not replacing it. Im doing a dot projector repair.

@pwnorz - See if clearing the FaceID and reloading a fresh image fixes it. The stored image maybe off. Otherwise there maybe security linkage between that is messing you up.
