3 beeps then white light then it shuts off (3 beeps of death)

Hello,
Haven't played my ps5 for a while.
a few days ago, I tried to turn it on, there was a blue light, then it changes to white for a few milliseconds + beeps 3 times, and shuts off.
It looks like a common issue, can anyone direct me on how to fix it? (ps5 no longer has a warranty )

If the indicator light only blinks white, or if the blue light never transitions to solid white, the console is frozen and needs troubleshooting.

Follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Unplug the console.
  2. Wait 60 seconds, plug the console back in, and turn it back on.
  3. If the issue persists, reinstall console software using Safe Mode.

Switch power cables or try a different power strip

Well yesterday I did the unplug thing and I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes and I came back home I plugged it up and it worked just fine now I turn around today and went to work for 10 hours and came home wanted to play my game and when I turned it on it did the same $@$* all over again
