I have two Play Station 3 controllers that do not load. Neither in the USB of the video game or the USB of the computer, they work while connected via cable, but just unplug the cable and they turn off and don't turn on again. I've already changed the battery of both since I thought it was the battery that had been damaged by time of use, but it didn't solve the problem.
If anyone can help, thanks in advance.

it sounds like the usb cable isnt charging the battery so get the port checked out and the battery
u can also hold the reset button to try resetting the controller as well

Before you replaced the battery, were the controllers doing the same thing they are now (not charging, only works when plugged into USB power)?
