Why can I hear static coming from the console?

I bought a brand new ps5 and since I opened it and started using it I can hear real bad static electricity.

I though at the beginning that my earphones were to blame but after trying multiple earphones , plugged to three different controllers and a headset plugged to the console directly I can still hear static which sounds stronger when I move the joysticks of the controllers or I press any buttons.

I've tried every troubleshooting I could think of , i have factory reset it , re- Downloaded the latest software update , using different earphones and controllers and a headset and I even plug it into a different electrical outlet and nothing changed.

Does anyone has experienced anything like this before ? Is there any solution to it ?

Have you tried to clean the headphone jack?

With some kind of brush?

Yes , even though the controllers are also brand new. But I also happens when i plug a usb headset to any of the ports so I'm sure is not the headphone jack.
