EZGO 2010 RXV will not move when key is turned.

Electric golf cart will not move when key is turned is turned. Doesn't happen all the time. Very sporadic. Sometimes when I want to go in reverse sometimes when I want to go forward. I just keep turning key to off and then back to reverse of forward and then it starts to work.

Ours had a dirty switches that we cleaned with contact spray. The battery was bad too.
