I’d be inclined to clear the cache and delete some pictures etc. it may have a full storage which could be problem. If them two basics don’t work. Go and speak to Xioami and use the warranty. Do not attempt to carry out any hardware repairs or have a 3rd party shop do so as it will may void your warranty

Your camera is gonee.. there is no solution for this. You've to replace the whole motherboard to fix this issue, and gonna cost alot of money 😮‍💨. That had happened to me in June 22 but I replaced my motherboard in warranty. Also Xiaomi gave extra 6 months of warranty on poco and note 10 pro users like 1 yr standard warranty + 6 month extra warranty for those who has problem with front camera.. but seems you lost that chance, you have to pay money for that motherboard replacement tho.. goodluck.

Thousands of Redmi phones have such issues most like the camera failing, stuck on the logo, and sound issues from CPU dry soldered issues that are the hardware issue. You have to reball CPU.
