Michael Baney take a look at this How do I take the pedal off and you can get replacement washers at places like this and of course you can get them right here just not prime.

They never sent the peddle washers and the maker of big wheels asks for a pin number to go and order. A replacement of missing parts. How do I get that?
@Michael Baney so sorry about this. I accidentally posted the same link twice. I fixed it so that you can check places that sell the washer without asking anything other than for your money :-)
