Does anyone know how to remove scratches from the actual LCD component

Hi

Iv noticed a small scratch on my iPods LCD and am wondering if there are any known methods of doing so

Sadly there is little you can do to fix a LCD glass surface. Some iPod models have a cover glass (some are plastic) which can be replaced and if plastic a good polish can lessen a deep scratch but at a cost! As you will leave smaller scratches which show up at an angle.

@hellomacos - No you don't want to do that as you'll damage the LCD panel. You need to apply pressure which will damage the panel.
