Keyboard freeze's up for 15 to 30 seconds when I'm texting

I have tried to default settings and changed it to every possible variation and it still continues to freeze it's a new phone with no damage to it whatsoever

I had this issue with 2 of them the first I did a warranty claim o before trying anything. They told me that it had something to do with the digitizer and I needed it replaced, then when I got it back it did it again however if you download a lot to the memory, it tends to do it too, mine does that when I need to empty some of it's memory out, so it could be memory related of digitizer. Is my guess

I have had the same problem, even had an issue with the keyboard constantly coming on and not allowing me to navigate away from it, rendering using any app virtually impossible. (I found the fix to that issue was simply to go uninstall the google keyboard)

Now to fix the issue you seem to be having, I know I run into that issue when I have a lot of programs open/using a couple really heavy programs. Once the phone is done having it's temper tantrum, I go in and I close all the background apps I have running and will use CCleaner to do a quick clean to free up whatever memory I can.

Also turning off the VPN/Internet for a minute and then rebooting seems to make the phone run more efficiently.

I know these aren't extravagant fixes by any means and you will run into the problem again but I do hope this helps!
