I have a fingerprint problem does not work what solution؟

I have a fingerprint problem when I wanted to put my finger on the phone tells me the fingerprint does not work please restart the phone but at no avail solution?

ألعاب كرة القدم this solution is hardware only. It assumes that you have checked all of your software settings etc. Get a multimeter and check the flowchart for the Fingerprint Sensor error
