The heart rate does not show

The smartwatch stopped showing heart rate , the pulsing green lights have stopped working. The steps counter however is working and time is shown correctly. Any suggestions ?

Is it under warranty? Reviewed the manual? Tried tech support (online, email, call center)?

The green lights are what collect the heart rate data. LEDs are shocking reliable, but the drivers that switch the power often are not. I doubt that there is a way to repair it in a modular fashion.

If the heart rate monitor is important to you, you should replace the watch.
