Scratched black part in iPhone?

While changing my battery I scratched some black part of this part and on wireless pad part and I tried to cover these parts with broken pieces from black part but my phone is still working and charging wirelessly without an issue. my question is can it be bad for my phone or can it be cause shorting ??

So, that part is just a bracket for the logic board. All it is is a cover for the logic board, so it does not have any impact on the actual phones performance. In terms of safety, you should be totally in the clear. Theirs more information in the iPhone XS Max screen Replacement guide at around steps 13 and 14.
