How do I fix a burn mark in my Nano Puff jacket?

While camping recently, an ember from the campfire must have landed on my jacket and burned a hole in the outer shell. Is that reparable?

had same thing happen -- a black duct tape patch, slightly larger than burn hole, has been on mine for 10+ yrs
