Bottom Outer Assembly Making a Squeaking Noises

When i move my laptop around, open the lid, or when i am sometimes even typing, the bottom outer case will often make squeaking noises. Does anybody know why and if this is normal? or how to fix it?

This sounds like the fan blade is hitting the side of the cowling where a small piece of paper is sticking out. Like how a as a kid we would mount a playing card the the bikes fork so it would get hit by the spokes!

I would bring it into an Apple Store to have them fix this its also possible the fan bearing is not properly set so the fan blade is just grazing the wall.

The sqeaking sound caused by the bottom chassi rubbing against the frame.

The fix is to remove the bottom plate with P5 screwdriver, note the different screws. Then clean the edge where the chassi and bottom part meets, especially in the corners. I also put a tiny amount of silicone grease in the corners. Just watch with the grease not to touch any component.
