Hi @babyalexisxx ,

If you haven't already done so, try enabling Apps > Settings > Connected Devices > Cast and see if that works,

That's not on my phone settings

Maybe I'm wrong but it is shown in the user manual for a U696CL phone, (see p.47), unless there are two different phones with the same model number.

If there are no "cast" or "mirror" or similar settings anywhere in the Settings, then perhaps your phone doesn't have the capability to do so due to changes to the Android OS by the supplier of the phone i.e. access wireless.

Try looking in Settings > System > Backup and look for cast or similar.

If nothing there then Assurance Wireless has installed a custom rom (OS firmware) in the phone for some reason, that does not have the feature.

You may need to get a different make/model phone which has the screencast feature installed. If you decide to do this check the phone's user manual that it does have it and then check the phone itself before you buy to make sure that it is.

Caveat emptor - buyer beware.

Check your wires make sure they all connected or check to see if they work on another TV if they don't it's your wires that don't work
