Teal pixels in pale areas of photos and videos.
I have a new Chromebook and see teal pixels in pale colored areas of photos on websites and also viewing videos.

Hi,
Try to reset the laptop and check if that resolves the problem. Take note of the fact that it might delete some files from your Downloads folder. If they're important save them to a new location first.
If still no good, contact the HP customer service in your location as per the documentation that came with the laptop and ask for a manufacturer's warranty repair, replacement or refund.
If you have a compatible monitor and cable that has a USB Type-C connector, supporting DisplayPort™ output you could try connecting it to the laptop's USB-C AC input port (it can also be used to connect USB-C DisplayPort capable devices) and check the display on it. Even if it is OK or not, the problem is still in the laptop, this was just trying to isolate whether it was in the screen or the systemboard
