Error "Hard drive not detected" after battery placement

I tried replacing the laptop battery from ifixit and after installation a error popped up "hard drive not detected". So then tried replacing it to the original battery and same error. Tried installing new Windows and it wasn't able to detect the SSD to install into. Bought a new SSD and it was able to detect that. Got a external adapter m.2 to see if I could see files or anything, but in disk management it seemed to detect the adapter but nothing within it. Not sure if the original SSD is dead or its some encryption that nothing is popping up.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Sadly, it appears that your drive is dead for some reason . It is strange this occurred though. Did you remove the SSD before troubleshooting it not booting? You may try to clean the contacts but I doubt that would help.
