Power board get busted

Hi @edj0yd0cus9 ,

With a bit of luck perhaps only the power input fuse and perhaps a surge suppressor may have blown due to the higher voltage and no other damage has occurred.

Open the player and then check the board where the AC power connects to to see if there is any obvious damage.

Here are the ifixit Panasonic DMP-BD89 guides which should at least show you how to open the player. Be safety aware and disconnect it from the AC wall outlet when working on it.

Post some close up images of the board near to where the power connects. Someone may spot something that you may have missed.
