How do you fix a Lexus Es350 2013 audio without sound

My Lexus es350 2013 suddenly doesn’t play out sounds , both the radio option and the Bluetooth option, the music is playing but no sound, and also the button click sound also is mute

I don’t think it’s on mute, sometimes when I start the car, it plays then mosttimes it doesn’t , The system click sound when you use the mouse or select and option is also silent

Did you press the mute button a few times to see if this altered anything? I'm not sure from your comment whether you did or not

Yes I did , I can see the mute symbol but nothing changed
