Advice on motherboard soldering for a dock for 1+5 flex cable

Upon repairing my oneplus5 I bent a pin on the dock that the power flex cable plug into (on the mother board). I used a pin to try and straighten it and it boke.

I have now purchased a few new docks to solder on but I can not find any documentation or video to show how to solder something this small. These pins are 1/2 to 1/4 size smaller than anything I can find advice on. The smallest tip of a soldering iron can quite easily cover several pins.

So I would like some help on how to replace my dock.
Preferably I would love for someone who has experience in this to do it for me and teach me how it is done in the process.
