Computer has trouble turning on

The computer has a full charge at this time but it’s done this before.

I know about plugging it in completely btw. that's not an issue here

basically the keyboard will light up and you can hear the fans start to run but then everything just stops. Ive been able to get it running after a while but I’m dissapointed, this is a brand new laptop.

(also the exact model is Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57-53J4 but i thought i would get more help here because there was no page created for my exact model)

Hi @onequestion ,

If it is brand new, contact the Acer customer service section in your location about a manufacturer’s warranty repair.

It’s better at this stage to let them look at it rather than you opening it up to see what’s wrong and voiding the warranty, which you may need, hopefully not, for something else later on
