That situation happens often enough that they've designed a tool specifically for that job. Although you can find them many places like Amazon and eBay, you can support iFixit's repair efforts by buying it right here.

@nytryder26 you might be able to open it and push the broken pin out from the top of the connector

Are you willing to replace the headphone jack? If so, follow the dissasembly guide. Screw off the back motherboard after everything is taken apart, and then you should be able to just take the headphone jack out and put the new one in. They are loose, so no soldering required.
